Pointeworks exists to build sustainable careers for ballet artists by creating paid off-season employment, commissioning new choreography and music, and expanding access to world-class ballet through innovative community engagement.
Our commitment is to operate with transparency while investing the greatest possible percentage of every philanthropic dollar directly into artists and artistic creation.

HELP WITH ARTIST HOUSING
Donated or discounted stays help make our California and New York residencies possible while protecting resources for paid artist work. We welcome connections to guest rooms, apartments, hotels, and other suitable housing.
HELP WITH ARTIST TRAVEL
Have airline miles you would like to use to help an artist travel? Contact Sophie to discuss a specific artist flight. Any arrangement is subject to the airline’s rules, award availability, and applicable taxes and fees. Please coordinate with us before booking.

Since our founding in 2023, Pointeworks has grown from a single residency into a nationally recognized, bi-coastal ballet organization dedicated to supporting artists through paid employment, original commissions, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Our priority remains paid artist employment, new choreography and music, and meaningful community access.
