AvaRose Dillon grew up in California where she found her love of ballet at a small studio in Santa Cruz. Her passion for the art form took her studies to many cities like San Francisco, New York City, Irvine, and Fort Worth. She currently dances professionally with the Texas Ballet Theater as a corps de ballet member. Her favorite ballets to perform include George Balanchine's Rubies and Ben Stevenson's The Nutcracker. AvaRose balances her ballet career with online college classes in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Strategic Communications from Texas Tech University. AvaRose was drawn to Pointeworks because of its female-forward initiative and is thrilled to be a part of the organization. AvaRose enjoys traveling, visiting family and friends, rock-climbing, and watching old movies.
