Join Pointeworks for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the creation of a brand-new ballet by acclaimed choreographer Hélène Simoneau.
Audiences will have the rare opportunity to witness the creative process as Simoneau develops new choreography on Pointeworks artists. The rehearsal will feature a first listen to an original score by resident composer Katie Jenkins, offering a glimpse into a work that will continue to evolve throughout the season.
This new commission will receive its world premiere on October 18, 2026 as part of COMPOSITIONS: An Evening of Katie Jenkins at the Balboa Theatre, accompanied by a live string quartet.
