The Mentorship Program is designed for pre-professional dancers who are serious about pursuing a professional career in dance. This unique experience is focused on providing meaningful tools for both personal and artistic growth.

Accepted dancers are invited to step into the world of Pointeworks for a day—taking company class, attending rehearsals, observing performances, and, most importantly, gaining firsthand insight into the field through mentorship from a dedicated Pointeworks company dancer.

Through this program, we aim to empower the next generation of dancers with the knowledge, perspective, and experience needed to thrive—not just as emerging professionals, but throughout their entire careers.
