Sofiane Sylve became a staff member with Pointeworks during the rehearsal weeks leading up to Ballet Nights in San Diego and Irvine, CA. Sofiane taught company ballet class and coached Christopher Wheeldon’s “Carousel” pas de deux.

Sylve is a gifted ballet educator with five years of experience building the San Antonio Ballet School and directing the main company. She has also guest taught around the world after her internationally successful dancing career. She danced with Germany’s Stadttheater, Dutch National Ballet, New York City Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, and Semperoper Ballett.
