Jeremy Klein | Viola
Praised for his “not to be missed” performances (Coastal Virginia Magazine) and “sharp, distinct” playing (San Francisco Press Democrat), violist Jeremy Klein enjoys a wide-ranging career spanning classical, contemporary, and historical performance traditions. Equally at home performing chamber music on the stages of Lincoln Center, teaching Baroque viola, or collaborating on community arts initiatives, Jeremy brings remarkable versatility to every project.
Recent highlights include performances at Lincoln Center, David Geffen Hall, Carnegie Hall, Walter Hall in Toronto, and Teatro Argentina in Rome, along with concerto appearances in Italy and Ukraine and numerous collaborations with living composers on world premieres. He is currently a Starr Doctoral Fellow at The Juilliard School, while remaining an active teacher and contributor to arts education and community outreach initiatives.
Jeremy joins Pointeworks for the July and October 2026 creative residencies, performing the world premiere of Katie Jenkins' newest commission, Where No Storm Comes, alongside fellow members of the work's live string quartet.
