As part of Pointeworks’ June residency, guest teaching artist Kyle Torres-Hiyoshi, Soloist with Texas Ballet Theater and an original Pointeworks artist, led two special morning open classes at Ballet Arte.

Open to intermediate and advanced dancers, these masterclass-style sessions gave participants the opportunity to train with a professional artist actively performing across classical and contemporary repertory. Having taught Pointeworks classes nationally—including at Steps on Broadway, New York City Center, and Texas Ballet Theater—Kyle brought his dynamic and refined approach to technique and artistry into a focused, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
