Sophie Savas-Carstens is a professional ballerina with the Philadelphia Ballet and a student at the University of Pennsylvania. With over seven years of experience performing with the company, she has developed a strong foundation in discipline, collaboration, and artistic excellence. Alongside her performing career, she is pursuing her undergraduate degree with a focus on communication, strategy, and the role of data in organizational decision-making.

Sophie brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to her work, with experience supporting data organization and administrative processes. At PointeWorks, she contributes to data management and internal systems that support the organization’s programming and operations. Her combined background in the performing arts and academic study informs her interest in leveraging data to strengthen and expand access to arts-based initiatives.
