Season 3 Unveiled: New Works, New Collaborations

This season, Pointeworks proudly presents five works by visionary female choreographers. After receiving over 270 choreographer applications from across the globe, we curated a repertoire that celebrates powerful artistry and unmatched feminine energy. From this international search, we are thrilled to introduce new voices—Keerati Jinakunwiphat and Jacquelyn Long—whose perspectives and storytelling through movement deeply resonated with us. Their premieres will be presented alongside acclaimed works by Dani Rowe, Reka Gyulai, and Andrea Schermoly, completing a season rich in emotion, collaboration, and innovation. In addition to choreography, we are collaborating for the second year with award-winning Welsh composer Katie Jenkins on the creation of a brand-new score for Long’s work. The piece will be performed live by world-renowned pianist Joshua Mhoon and Met Opera First Violinist section member Julia Choi. We are committed to sharing our deep appreciation for classical music and dance to more audiences.
